01. Day-of Coordinator

From start to finish, we'll handle the timelines, vendors, and all the moving parts. From organizing your bridal party to making sure the reception setup is just right, we’re here to run the show while you soak up every magical moment stress-free.

Package cost: $200/hr (5-hour minimum)

Pre-Wedding Prep: A logistics checklist to get organized and ensure nothing is overlooked.

Vendor Coordination: We’ll create a personalized timeline, act as the main point of contact for vendors, keep everyone on schedule, arrive early to oversee setup, and ensure everything is perfectly executed.

Bridal Party & Bride Support: From helping the bride, bridesmaids, and MOH get dressed and photo-ready to lining up the bridal party for the ceremony, we’ll be there every step of the way. This includes hands-on help for photos and any suite needs.

Logistics & Essentials: Accepting and setting up food delivery or picking up meals and drinks, loading transportation with bags and essentials, and preparing for post-ceremony guest arrival.

Ceremony & Reception: We’ll assist the bride in and out of the limo, get her ready for the aisle, and provide post-ceremony photo support. At the reception, we’ll oversee vendor coordination, place décor to match your vision, and confirm the bridal suite is ready for the party.

Final Touches: Distribute vendor tips before departure and carry an emergency kit for any last-minute fixes or surprises.

02. Bridal attendant

Focused, hands-on support for the bride and bridal party. Need help getting into your dress, keeping everyone on schedule, or tidying up your prep space? We’re there to take care of the little things so you can focus on enjoying the day.

Hourly Rate: $75/hr

Pre-Wedding Prep: We’ll start with a logistics checklist to get everything organized and ready to go.

Bridal Party & Bride Support: From helping the bride, bridesmaids, and MOH get dressed to tidying up the prep space, we’ll make sure everything is organized and stress-free leading up to the ceremony.
Logistics & Essentials: Accepting and setting up food delivery (or picking it up), tidying up the prep space, and loading transportation with bags, food, and essentials.

Final Touches: Preparing for post-ceremony guests and carrying an emergency kit for any last-minute fixes or surprises.

Pre-Wedding Prep: We’ll start with a logistics checklist and a detailed review of your inventory to ensure every detail of your vision is accounted for.

Vendor Coordination: We’ll prepare a timeline and communicate with vendors to keep everything on track.

Décor Setup & Breakdown:  From centerpieces and signage to favors and table settings, we’ll handle the full setup and breakdown of all your DIY décor so everything looks exactly as you imagined.

01. How can I book with you?

It's easy! To get started, complete our inquiry form or book a free call with Casey. From there, we’ll discuss the details of your wedding and send over a contract. You'll sign it, send it back with your deposit, and you’ll be officially booked!

02. When is final balance due?

Final payment is due the day after your wedding (because we want you to focus on celebrating, not invoices). Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, or credit card—whatever’s easiest for you.

03. How many hours should I budget for?

Most wedding days fall into the 8–10 hour range, but we’ll create a personalized timeline based on the existing contracts you have with your booked vendors. 

04. How do you calculate the travel fee?

Travel fees cover the round trip—from our starting location to wherever your day takes us! We calculate based on distance to keep things transparent and fair.

05. Who will my MVB be?

Your MVB is carefully matched to you based on availability, distance, and their familiarity with your venue. We’ll introduce you to your MVB during our first detail call about two months before your big day.  

06. What if I already have a Venue coordinator?

Even if your venue has a coordinator, their focus is often split between managing venue logistics and assisting you. At MVB, our sole priority is you. We’re here to assist, advise, and stay in constant contact from the weeks leading up to your wedding day through every moment of it.
