While your bridesmaids sip champagne and take in the magic, your dedicated MVB will be behind the scenes making sure everything goes to plan.
At MVB, we’re more than just day-of coordinators. We're your wedding dream team. The cheerleaders, problem-solvers, and behind-the-scenes pros there to make your big day stress-free and unforgettable (for all the right reasons!).
With 8+ years of experience planning weddings across across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and California, we’ve seen it all. A vendor running late? A missing wedding cake? We handle the chaos before it even hits your radar.
In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we’ll take over all the details that keep you up at night. Timelines, vendor logistics, last-minute changes—you name it, we’ve got it covered.
And when your big day finally arrives, we’ll be right by your side. With a Type-A level of organization, energy for days, and plenty of good vibes, we’ll go above and beyond to make sure you can fully let go and soak in every magical moment.
Ready to hand off the stress and let us take the reigns? Let’s chat and bring your dream wedding to life!
Your Wedding Day Dream Team
The Calm Before the ‘I Do’
Your Creative Vision Brought to Life
Your go-to problem solver, professional worrier (so you don’t have to be), and the friend who’s got your back on your big day.
By the time I turned 28, I had been in nine weddings—not because I’m collecting bridesmaid dresses (though my closet might suggest otherwise), but because I’ve always been that friend. The one who jumps in to help, no matter what.
Need Favors wrapped?
A spreadsheet of addresses?
or even a wedding hashtag?
I'm your girl!
I’ve always been the one who says,
"Don’t worry, I’ve got this,” whether it’s for a shower, a rehearsal, or the big day itself.
Eventually, after hearing
“You should do this professionally”
for the 100th time,
I finally did.
That’s how Most Valuable Bridesmaid came to be—because I believe every couple deserves a stress-free, seamless wedding day. Today, I lead a team of amazing MVBs who are just as passionate as I am about making sure your vision comes to life while you relax and enjoy the moment.
So, to the bride, groom, MOH, or mom reading this—take a deep breath. We’ve got you, and we can’t wait to make your day as magical as you’ve dreamed.

"From the beginning, Casey has been so helpful. When my venue fell through three months out, Casey reached out right away offering assistance. She made the process leading up to my wedding seamless Day of, Grace was our coordinator. Grace was a rockstar. She was running around making sure everything was perfect for our day. Anything I needed help with, she made sure got done. My family and I are still raving about her. I could not have done this day without Casey and Grace! Hiring them was the best thing I did." - Chelsea C
01. How can I book with you?
It's easy! To get started, complete our inquiry form or book a free call with Casey. From there, we’ll discuss the details of your wedding and send over a contract. You'll sign it, send it back with your deposit, and you’ll be officially booked!
02. When is final balance due?
Final payment is due the day after your wedding (because we want you to focus on celebrating, not invoices). Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, or credit card—whatever’s easiest for you.
03. How many hours should I budget for?
Most wedding days fall into the 8–10 hour range, but we’ll create a personalized timeline based on the existing contracts you have with your booked vendors.
04. How do you calculate the travel fee?
Travel fees cover the round trip—from our starting location to wherever your day takes us! We calculate based on distance to keep things transparent and fair.
05. Who will my MVB be?
Your MVB is carefully matched to you based on availability, distance, and their familiarity with your venue. We’ll introduce you to your MVB during our first detail call about two months before your big day.
06. What if I already have a Venue coordinator?
Even if your venue has a coordinator, their focus is often split between managing venue logistics and assisting you. At MVB, our sole priority is you. We’re here to assist, advise, and stay in constant contact from the weeks leading up to your wedding day through every moment of it.
